Go through the multiple choice questions quickly, answering the ones you are sure of.
Go to the first scenario for constructed response. Read the questions related to that scenario and then read the scenario. Answer those questions (don't spend a bunch of time if you are stuck--come back).
Go through the multiple choice again. Probably you'll find some more you can answer with confidence.
Go back and forth between multiple choice and constructed response because each type of question will trigger thoughts that will help you answer as you proceed through the test.
Left-over time--make sure constructed responses are complete and the parts are marked very clearly.
Remember that you do not have time to write a lot on these. The question generally asks for two of something (strategies, suggestions, etc.) and for each answer the reasons why these would be good strategies, etc. So here is an effective way to write these:
